Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager at Sunstone Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people and culture strategies that drive the growth and success of our dynamic organisation.
Based in our Canberra office, this full-time position will see you overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to learning and development, performance management and employee relations.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective human resources policies, procedures and programs to support the company's strategic objectives Partnering with business leaders to identify and address organisational and people-related challenges Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job design, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding Administering compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing company culture Providing coaching, counselling and support to employees at all levels Preparing HR-related reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist human resources role, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment Strong working knowledge of Australian employment laws and best practice HR principles Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and provide strategic HR advice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusting relationships Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline What we offer
