Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the roleAs the Human Resources Manager at Sunstone Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people and culture strategies that drive the growth and success of our dynamic organisation. Based in our Canberra office, this full-time position will see you overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to learning and development, performance management and employee relations.What you'll be doingDeveloping and implementing effective human resources policies, procedures and programs to support the company's strategic objectivesPartnering with business leaders to identify and address organisational and people-related challengesOverseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job design, sourcing, interviewing and onboardingAdministering compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsDriving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing company cultureProviding coaching, counselling and support to employees at all levelsPreparing HR-related reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-makingWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience in a generalist human resources role, ideally within a professional services or consulting environmentStrong working knowledge of Australian employment laws and best practice HR principlesDemonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and provide strategic HR adviceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusting relationshipsProficiency in HR information systems and data analysisTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related disciplineWhat we offerAt Sunstone Advisory, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our people.
