With this role we are seeking to expand our capabilities and bandwidth in strategic development with particular focus around the customer, digital innovation and retail experience.
Reporting into the Director of Strategic Development who is based in the UK, the Head of Strategic Development is to support the definition of our medium to long term customer strategy, including defining our vision, principles and targets for omni-channel experience, customer loyalty and customer journeys by bringing ideas and innovation to the forefront.
Working with board members and senior leaders across our business this role will provide thought leadership, challenge and support to develop well thought through commercially viable initiatives which deliver the best outcomes for our customers, partners and business.
This is a perfect opportunity for a high potential, customer focused leader who is strategy and innovation focused, someone who lives and breathes customer experience and has their 'finger on the pulse' when it comes to market, industry and customer trends and shaping these into relevant commercially viable customer propositions.
Key Responsibilities: Well networked with strong experience within Marketing, Customer and/or Retail environmentsDigital experience is essential as we support the business in its transition to a blended journeyStrong customer strategy experience and longer term planning 3+ years outProven ability to lead, develop and drive commercial growth and expansion opportunitiesAbility to work within a team and matrix structure with excellent collaboration/co-creation skillsObsession over new trends, forward thinking around what do customers of tomorrow needBe able to effectively use customer insight to drive strategyHighly commercial and diligent in the development of business casesStrong influencing skills at senior management levels.
