Lead Compliance Partnering at HESTA
Are you ready to make a significant impact on compliance within a leading superannuation fund?
HESTA is searching for a dynamic Senior Manager Compliance Partnering to lead our compliance efforts and support our business teams in executing HESTA's compliance framework effectively.
In this key role, you will:
Manage a Consistent and Effective Compliance Partnering FunctionInspire and Lead a High-Performing TeamForge Strong Business PartnershipsOversee Effective Obligations ManagementDrive Consistent Breach and Privacy Oversight PracticesEnhance Compliance Frameworks and PoliciesConduct Proactive and Reactive Compliance AssuranceFacilitate Training and DevelopmentDeliver Insightful ReportingChampion Continuous Improvement About you:
We are looking for a seasoned compliance professional with broad expertise and experience in superannuation (including product, operations, investments, advice and member engagement).
Your ability to lead teams, manage relationships with senior stakeholders, deliver through outsourced providers and adapt to evolving challenges will be crucial.
