About the Role
As the Administration Manager, you will be a key part of the shopping centre's management team, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing tenancy accounts: issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, and tracking arrears.Collaborating with the Centre Manager on lease administration, tenant liaison, and financial reporting.Maintaining high standards in trust accounting, compliance, and quality assurance.This position requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Key Responsibilities Issue monthly invoices for rent, electricity, and other charges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Maintain tenant records, bank guarantees, and security deposits.Assist with lease documentation, arrears follow-ups, and financial reporting to stakeholders.Support reception duties and maintain quality standards for all administrative processes.Ensure compliance with trust accounting principles and workplace health and safety standards.What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in property or tenancy management, administration, or financial roles.Proficiency in accounting software (MRI preferred) and Microsoft Office.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with tenants and team members.A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.This role offers a unique blend of financial, operational, and people-focused responsibilities, perfect for someone eager to grow in the property management sector.
