Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our client's team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation at conferences, events, and LinkedIn activities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Lead Conversion: Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technology team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a BDM or similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
Strong Cold Calling Skills: Comfortable and effective in initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling.
Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve results and exceed expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
