Together, we are building a brighter future.About your new Role:As a Business Development Manager at Brighter Super, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships with external advisers. You will focus on both business development and business retention activities to help execute our distribution strategies and achieve key targets.The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience and a flexible, problem-solving mindset to business development.Key responsibilities:Adviser engagement: Support the development and execution of member and adviser engagement strategies across different distribution channels.Campaign management: Help create and execute integrated campaigns for members and advisers.Outbound sales: Analyse adviser data to identify new opportunities and make proactive outbound calls to drive business growth.Relationship management: Foster strong relationships with both current and potential distribution partners to enhance adviser retention and acquisition.Adviser onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new advisers and provide ongoing training support to ensure their success.Strategic insights: Provide valuable insights into shifting evolving member and adviser needs, contributing to the evolution of our strategies.Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and Brighter Super policies.About You:Experience: 3+ years in a business development role and will be highly regarded if you come from a superannuation background with strong knowledge of the superannuation and advice industry.Compliance: RG 146 compliance is mandatory.Qualifications: Diploma of Financial Planning or tertiary qualifications in business are a plus desired, however, not essential.Stakeholder engagement: Proven ability to manage relationships with external advisers, internal teams, and members.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership teams and external stakeholders effectively.Commercial acumen: A focus on understanding the business and incorporating a member-first approach in all dealings.Goal-oriented: Strong drive to achieve set targets, including fund flow targets, member retention, and new adviser acquisition.Why choose Brighter Super:We pride ourselves on being a great place to work, where you matter Here are some things that you will be able to enjoy;Fortnightly PayCareer PathwayReward and Recognition ProgramAnnual Leave PurchaseHolistic benefits and well-being offer through PerkboxIf you know that you are a "Bright Person" and are seeking a "Brighter Future", please apply now
