Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Team Leader within our esteemed organization.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Marketing Consultant, overseeing our digital marketing team, spearheading CRM development, conducting comprehensive market and competition analysis, and staying abreast of emerging market trends.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Consultant to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with company objectives.
2.
Digital Marketing Management: Lead and mentor the digital marketing team in crafting and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including website, social media, email, and digital advertising.
3.
CRM Development: Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy to optimize customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
4.
Market and Competition Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decision-making and market positioning.
5.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the dental and healthcare sectors, proactively adapting marketing strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
6.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies, enhance ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
7.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
8.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
Job RequirementsRequirements: 1.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
2.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience in the dental or medical device industry is highly desirable.
3.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
4.
CRM Experience: Demonstrated experience in CRM development and implementation, with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.
5.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
6.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative marketing solutions to drive business growth.
7.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
