Coulson Operations is on an exciting journey of growth, managing some of the region's most vibrant brands, including Kool Beanz Academy, Kool Beanz SUNS, Hive Byron Bay, and The Commons Casuarina.
Our primary focus is childcare, but we also operate commercial and residential projects across the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, and beyond.
With plans to expand into the Victorian market and develop new partnerships, we are looking for a driven Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our team during this exciting phase of growth.

You will lead the marketing strategy across all Coulson Operations brands, manage campaigns, oversee brand consistency, and support a growing marketing team.
As a Marketing Manager, you will bring at least 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years of managerial experience, to this role.
Your expertise will be pivotal in leading your team of two (with plans to grow further), shaping campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects across all platforms.

Your Role You will not only bring a wealth of creative insight but also lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team of two, with potential for expansion as the company grows.
You'll be hands-on in developing strategies, producing content, and ensuring the brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all platforms and locations.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.Drive brand awareness and ensure consistency across all Coulson Operations brands.Identify new opportunities to showcase childcare and commercial assets in innovative ways.Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of two (Social Media & Content Coordinator and SEO & Paid Ads Specialist).Foster collaboration and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.Build a strong team culture with an eye on growth and scalability.Hands-On Execution: Oversee and create the marketing calendar and budget, ensuring all activities align with brand goals.Create engaging marketing materials and campaigns, particularly for new centre openings, back-to-school promotions, and AFL partnerships.Support directors in creating tailored marketing plans for local communities.Brand Compliance: Monitor and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms and teams to ensure a cohesive identity.Collaborate with internal teams to uphold the company's reputation and values.Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring new ways to enhance marketing performance and engagement.Experiment with creative approaches to storytelling, design, and campaign delivery.Key Skills & Experience Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, leading teams or projects.Creative Expertise: Proficient in graphic design and content creation, with the ability to craft engaging materials across various platforms.Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.Organised Multitasker: Highly skilled in prioritising and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate and inspire a team while fostering collaboration and productivity.Forward-Thinking: Ability to identify trends and introduce fresh, innovative ideas to showcase the brand.Communication Pro: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, able to liaise with diverse stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Experienced with marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms to track and optimise campaign performance.What We Offer The opportunity to lead marketing for a growing, multi-brand business with a primary focus on childcare.A chance to make a significant impact as we expand into new markets and develop strategic partnerships.Creative freedom to shape brand identity and lead innovative campaigns.A supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
