Make your mark in the environmental industry while working with a growing and dynamic consultancy company where your strategic vision and practical skills are equally valuedAbout the role:The Marketing Manager at Biodiversity Australia will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating the organisation's story to the global community.
This role is pivotal in highlighting Biodiversity Australia's growth trajectory, diverse service offerings, and commitment to core values such as customer outcomes, environmental sustainability, and social impact with a particular focus on Indigenous communities and returned service personnel.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:Collaborate with Senior Management to create a marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.Define target audiences and ensure messaging resonates globally.Brand Management:Develop and enforce brand guidelines for consistency.Oversee marketing collateral production and develop an internal marketing plan to enhance employee engagement.Content Creation and Storytelling:Create compelling narratives showcasing Biodiversity Australia's achievements.Use digital and traditional media to communicate stories effectively.Digital Marketing and Online Presence:Drive digital campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Manage the organisation's website, social media, and digital platforms.Public Relations and Communication:Build relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.Act as a spokesperson, representing the organisation at various events and in media.Market Research and Budget Management:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently.About you:You'll have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
