Capability Manager, Workforce Transformation

As an experienced Manager, Capability Transformation, you will join a close-knit, high-performing team to play a strategic role in the end-to-end capability transformation initiatives within the Consumer Division.
You will draw on your capability subject matter expertise across capability performance diagnosis, preferably architecting data-driven solutions, and implementing capability interventions that deliver measurable business outcomes and support large-scale workforce transformation programs.
You will apply your consulting mindset to design comprehensive business solutions, architecting end-to-end capability solutions that address identified performance gaps.
Drawing on previous experience navigating large and complex capability structures, you will face into change confidently and pragmatically, collaborating with senior stakeholders' enterprise wide to apply tactical sophistication to the execution to drive sustainable capability uplift across the division.

What do I need?
The ideal candidate for this role will bring 5- 7 years of experience working in large and complex organisations (ideally within financial services) combined with sophisticated capability experience and an understanding of adult learning theories and performance consulting expertise.
The ability to apply these concepts to design effective capability solutions, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business performance goals will be pivotal along with a consulting mindset.
Furthermore, strong strategic thinking, data driven focus and solid project management experience, and financial acumen will set you apart.
