As we continue to grow, we are seeking committed, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team, which includes Qualified Trades Plumbers and now an Operations Manager.Supportive team cultureRegular toolbox meetings, team events, and incentives1:1 training and ongoing career development within the businessTHIS ROLE:As the Plumbing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of the company by assisting in day-to-day operations and contributing to business development initiatives. This role involves managing job scheduling, providing technical advice, and ensuring efficient workflows to meet client needs.We offer a competitive annual salary that is above the award, which is negotiated and relevant to your qualifications and experience.Responsibilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).Strong organizational and system management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in information handling.Proven experience in plumbing operations management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment.Leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve goals.Commitment to workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.Proactive and results-oriented approach to development, identifying growth opportunities.Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.Effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.Personal Attributes:Friendly and professional demeanor.Strong work ethic and reliability.Positive, 'can-do' attitude.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and challenges.Proven ability to problem-solve confidently and competently.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Honest and trustworthy.Confident in decision-making and task execution.We value our team, which means the culture, staff, and the way we operate is always our main focus.
