Job Responsibilities: Manage restaurant operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieve key restaurant targets/KPIs including suggestive sales and overall customer experience. Oversee stock and waste management, people management (including rostering), and budgeting. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, health and food safety standards. Perform general restaurant and kitchen cleaning duties. Work with raw meat products including chicken and pork. Adhere to all brand standards and systems across the restaurant. Minimum Requirements: Legal right to work within Australia. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (preferred). Current Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (or equivalent) for your relevant state (preferred). Experience in achieving restaurant targets/KPIs. Experience in stock and waste management, people management, and budgeting. Able to perform physical duties of the role (standing for long periods, heavy lifting). Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Available to work on weeknights, weekends, and Public Holidays. If successful, would you be willing and available to start within 4 weeks?
