RoleYou will be reporting to the Director.
The role is for a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, and contract management, and to provide advice and guidance to the client.
The role includes (but is not limited to) assisting with:
Design ManagementTender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing, and finalising.Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting, and contract administration.Project AdministrationContract administration including SuperintendingStrong communication and writing skills (formal & informal)Collaborating with colleagues and line managersDesign development & project deliveryStakeholder managementAbout YouThe ideal candidate will possess:
A relevant tertiary qualificationMust have consultancy experienceTeam collaboration is a must4-6+ years project management/development experience preferableKnowledge of health, education, and commercial sectors preferredAn architecture, engineering, or quantity surveyor experience is idealFront-end delivery is a mustAbility to work proactively and autonomouslyExperience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes, and a sound understanding of construction contract administrationHigh attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budgetExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervisionProven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projectsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Ben James at or .
