plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – AHP3Temporary Full-Time, up to 4 November 2025About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate Senior Social Worker to join our team within the Older Persons Mental Health Service.
As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the mental health and well-being of older individuals in our community.
Key Responsibilities: Assessing and evaluating the psychosocial needs of older adults with mental health concernsDeveloping and implementing individualised treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsProviding counselling and support services to clients and their familiesAdvocating for the rights and well-being of older adultsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client recordsParticipating in case conferences and team meetingsMinimum Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
