Accounts Receivable Officer An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our talented finance team in Head Office.
The Role
Working as part of our Finance team at Head Office, as Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable for the Solotel Group of Companies through optimising cash flows, minimising bad debts and mitigating the risk of Fraud & Debt across the Group.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Liaising with suppliers to settle their accounts Gaming win payouts Reconciliation of accounts Daily and weekly reporting Communicating with venues This role will require a strong communicator with a customer centric approach, who can build rapport and achieve positive outcomes with our venues and suppliers.
A curious, problem solving nature will also assist in identifying new efficiencies or discrepancies with a sharp lens.
To thrive in this role, you will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and experience working with high volume payments.
Prior experience working within Accounts in the Retail, Hospitality or Tourism industry is desired, but not essential.
