Position Purpose The Learning and Development Manager (In-House Programs) is responsible for driving the growth and success of the in-house training business line within the Property Council Academy.
This role involves leveraging strategic sales, business development skills, and learning design expertise to develop and deliver tailored training solutions for Property Council members.
The role encompasses managing the end-to-end lifecycle of in-house training programs, including prospecting, securing opportunities, collaborating with subject matter experts, and delivering high-quality, customised programs that meet client needs and align with the Academy's objectives.
Execute the in-house training component of the Property Council Academy's growth strategy in partnership with the Director, Property Council Academy.Strategically source and contact leads from the Property Council's CRM working collaboratively with Property Council divisions and business units across Australia.Collaborate with members to analyse their training requirements and develop bespoke learning solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the In-house Training Coordinator.The ideal candidate will have: Strong experience in business development and sales, ideally in the training, education, consulting or professional services sector.Demonstrated ability to design and deliver bespoke learning and development solutions tailored to specific organisational needs.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Desirable Skills and Experience Knowledge of the property industry or related sectors.Learning Needs Analysis capability required to account for different capability levels across multiple property sectors and stakeholders.Familiarity with learning technologies and online delivery platforms.About you Alongside a competitive remuneration and benefits package, we support ongoing professional development, fostering a culture of continual learning and improvement.
