Payroll and HR Shared Services Specialist Australia
The Payroll and HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for driving excellence in the employee experience across Demant ANZ supporting the coordination of HR operational activities that strive to achieve productivity and efficiency through the employee life cycle.
Also responsible for end-to-end payroll function including pay query handling and payroll processing adhering to legislative compliance within the area of payroll management; the data integrity of the Payroll, Time & Attendance and HRIS Systems; development and delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting.
Supporting the Demant ANZ Line Managers, Employees and the HR Team in performing a variety of transactional requests, including but not limited to process HR administrative activities, HR generalist advice, WHS, project management support, SME in all HR systems.
You will be successful in this role if you: have previous knowledge and experience on high volume payroll processing across multiple employing entities.
have recent experience of end-to-end in-house payroll processing in Access Micropay (essential) are able to perform well in a busy working environment have intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential) have sound knowledge of Australian payroll policies & processes, legislation, and statutory requirements (essential) have sound knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation (highly desirable) What's in it for you: 12-month fixed Term contract - Monday to Friday Competitive remuneration 'MyRewards program – a program that offers discounts to more than 300 retailers and services across Australia.
