The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your opportunity:As our valued Telephone Account Manager, you will play a vital role in retaining and growing our existing customers. You'll draw on your Account Management experience to successfully manage sales leads and provide first class customer service.You'll make an impact by:Retaining and growing revenue of the assigned customer portfolio by proactive and ongoing lifecycle account and relationship management.Working closely with customers to determine their existing and future growth requirements to propose suitable products and solutions that maintain and increase revenue for the company.Proactively managing sales leads and opportunities to drive sales and meet assigned targets.Providing customers with outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers where necessary and through email communication.Achieving individual targets and KPI's relevant to the role.What you'll bring:Sales / Telephone Account Management experience.Proven negotiation and communication skills.Relationship building and management skills.Ideally, you will also have:Telecommunications industry experience.Salesforce knowledge.What's in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office).'Stay Connected Mobile' – Access to a free mobile plan.'Stay Connected NBN' – Access to a free NBN 100 plan.'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year.Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities.Access to Corporate Partner Discounts.Come join us and build a better future.
