We pride ourselves on building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery.Position Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and manage all ongoing client cleaning contracts.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring service excellence, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the execution of cleaning contracts, ensuring all services meet client expectations and contractual obligations.Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met and to foster client rapport.Work closely with the operations team to coordinate schedules, resources, and personnel for cleaning projects.Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for service improvements or upselling additional services.Handle contract renewals and negotiate terms as needed.Prepare and deliver regular reports on contract performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics.Stay informed about industry trends to suggest innovative solutions for clients.Qualifications:Proven experience in account management, preferably within the cleaning or service industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.A valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply:If you are a proactive and client-focused professional looking to join a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you
