Underpinned by quality, craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.
Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam and Maker's Mark Bourbon, Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee.
As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.
Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.
The Opportunity We're building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025.
Reporting to a National Business Manager, this National Account Manager – On-Premise role offers something unique and career defining.
Joining in our build phase, you will play a key role in establishing work processes as well as building collaborative relationships with your On-Premise based customers to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy, including category, marketing and executional excellence and deliver sales performance with trade spend.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaise with key customers to deliver mutual growth in accordance to agreed Joint Business Plans through: Customer and consumer centricity Deliverables and Price realisation initiatives Build and execute promotional and activation programs that optimise Suntory Oceania business objectives Work closely with National Business Manager & Finance to manage the P&L Develop strong internal, cross-functional relationships to deliver: Voice of Customer internally Performance rigor to forecast, report and deliver key supply and commercial metrics Best practice and action orientated Initiative ROI Reviews, including course correction initiatives and opportunities to grow where required Process compliance, including price realisation execution and claims optimisation What's in your toolkit?
We're seeking candidates with experience in the On-Premise sector, ideally with a background in managing relationships with a variety of customers in this environment.
With a proven track record of working directly with venues across segments such as bars, restaurants, events, stadiums or other On-Premise setting.
We're looking for an individual with a natural flair for developing and maintaining effective relationships with our customers to realise triple win outcomes.
You will have a strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, numeric and analytical problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
