About the Role As a KYC Maintenance Specialist, Institutional you will be supporting the Production Lead – Authorised Signatories, to deliver and support the customer Authorised Signatories maintenance approach for Institutional Australia. This role requires effective relationships with stakeholders across all Institutional PCM product, Wholesale Digital, Institutional KYC teams, the GCC (Bengaluru), Business Governance and Controls, Risk and all Institutional and Commercial PCM/TB Sales areas. The role must have a customer-centric mindset, be able to solve complex problems through innovative thinking, challenge the status quo and be an effective change agent. The role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and guide their expectations of product and channel maintenance proposition. Importantly, the role will collaborate with the wider KYC teams with a view to identify opportunities to improve/simplify/streamline the end to end processes from a customer perspective – and then work with those teams to make and embed any changes sustainably. As a KYC Maintenance Specialist, Institutional, you will: Support to the KYC Refresh outreach team for Authorised SignatoriesManage customer queries and responses with the customerEnsure accurate updates are made in core system to reflect the customer's feedbackSubject matter expertise on PCM Products and Wholesale Digital and related processes and systems (eg. ARROW, UCT, Payto, GT, Commercial customers, FX, knowledge management systems, remediations etc), combined with change leadership and change managementUAT testing and involvement in automation activitiesWhat will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Cash Servicing end to end processes and supported products, services and channelsStrong technical channel and product knowledge – with a focus on how to manage/operationalise non-standard requirementsUnderstanding and application of the key banking systems such as SEIBEL, GOLDTIER, CACHE, ORION, MIDANZ etcConfidently raises issues or concerns, and takes ownership and holds self accountableDemonstrated ability in managing time effectively and organising workload with the intent on meeting customer expectationsDetail oriented and quality focused, with a strong ability to directly work with a customer and understand their requirement, issues or complex requests. Being able to deliver to customer expectations.Demonstrated customer centricity including the ability to deliver results both individually, through others and in collaboration with othersExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence internal teamsStrong relationship building and networking skills - experience with dealing with people at all levels both internally and externallySound business judgment, problem solving skills, critical and systems thinking - an inquiring mindset to probe, ask questions, investigate the anomalies and move through the process to resolution You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
