Our Institutional bank helps our largest customers move trade and capital around the region, providing our people with great opportunities to build their technical expertise and their careers.About the RoleAs a KYC Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the Institutional KYC Refresh Program working with the Outreach Stream. A high priority program that will deliver KYC Refresh across Institutional Banking customers. This role will focus on Authorised Signatory feedback from customers to update and reflect the current position within our core banking systems.A key deliverable of this stream is focused on ensuring accuracy of data across multiple storage systems in Institutional Banking is updated periodically for each customer based on their risk grade profile. The KYC Maintenance Officer role has been created to assist in the management of updating multiple systems to reflect the customers feedback on Authorised Signatories relevant to their company. This role will involve collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Operations (GCC), Frontline and also the KYC Team to ensure that ANZ has accurately updated its records in accordance with the customer's advice.Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Role Type: Secondment/Fixed Term contract until 31/08/2025 - Full-timeWhat will your day look like?Work with the KYC Refresh Team to support ongoing customer changes to their Authorised Signatory listing across multiple products and channels.Support KYC Refresh Team with product knowledge to answer queries with the customer regarding their current access.Work with the Operational Teams to ensure processing of customer changes are managed in a timely and accurate manner.Track and report on progress of customer changes within the ANZ Teams.Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to provide superior stakeholder support.What will you bring?Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through all issues to completion.Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.Ability to work as part of a large, multifunctional program team delivering to tight deadlines.Ability to coach and empower others with knowledge.Growth mindset.Ability to 'be curious' to problem solve.Attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of risk management principles.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
