Join us and embark on an exciting journey to be the operator of choice.What role will you playAs the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of facilities and building maintenance services for The University of Sydney, that comply with all codes and regulations, meet service requirements, and ensure a safe and secure work environment for all building occupants and visitors.
More specifically you will:Maintain terraces and gardens to always present a clean and attractive appearance.Be responsible for the general maintenance and minor repairs for the kitchens used in the common areas and for the BBQ, the iron facilities, and lights throughout the building.Perform general maintenance repairs and cleaning services.Establish systems and procedures to facilitate preventative maintenance programs including selection of suppliers and support system, meeting budget and standard requirements as set by management.Complete a daily check of plant equipment, common facilities and property specific requirements.Work within and maintain procedures and standards for all operational areas to maximise efficiency of resources.Operate within agreed company health and safety procedures.
