Optimal Recruitment – Sydney North Shore NSW
Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches Excellent hourly rate Temp role could go permanent Company Overview: Our client is a leading global fragrance and flavour house known for their commitment to creativity, innovation, and an acute understanding of sensory perceptions and market trends. With their continued growth and success, they are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to enhance the performance of their key account management team.
Role Overview: As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction by providing essential support to three Key Account Managers. You will be the key point of contact between the clients and the internal teams, facilitating a seamless communication flow and managing various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain constant communication with customers to address their needs and concerns. Handle daily client requests and ensure all information is accurately entered into the database. Match goods receipts with corresponding orders. Manage and troubleshoot open orders within the SAP system. Collaborate with the production team to oversee the workflow of orders. Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally. Create and maintain records of product introductions and discontinuations. Manage commercial data entries, including Master Data Management (MDM) requests, CMIRs, and pricing information. Work in conjunction with the Customer Care team to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolutions. Oversee all commercial documentation, including contracts, agreements, and pricing-related documentation. Enter and maintain prices, freight, and other commercial conditions in the SAP system. Support the Customer Service team to prevent delays in order fulfilment. Qualifications and Experience:
Proficient computer skills, with strong knowledge of SAP considered a significant advantage. Extensive understanding of sales processes and operational workflows. Proven ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with customers. Exceptional teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized with a proactive mindset and a positive, "can-do" attitude. A degree or diploma is highly advantageous. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year working experience as sales support exec, customer service and supply chain with SAP experience essential.
