About the Role: As People & Culture Manager, you will design, develop, and implement strategies to attract, onboard, engage, and develop employees.
This role provides a mix of strategic and hands-on HR support to our teams, driving performance excellence and ensuring our people feel supported and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead people and culture initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
Develop and execute workforce attraction, onboarding, and development strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
Drive initiatives to enhance, measure, and monitor the employee experience throughout the entire employee journey.
Continuously improve our employee perks program and framework.
Support the organisation's workforce planning.
Champion leadership development, engagement, and succession planning.
Ensure venue compliance with recruitment, onboarding, resignations, qualifications, and rostering.
Design and implement performance enablement frameworks to build high-performing teams.
Lead and roll out wellness initiatives that promote a mentally healthy workplace.
Coordinate social and team-building events to strengthen culture and connection.
Embed our Purpose, CVM Truths, and Leadership Fundamentals across the organisation.
About You: We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who can deliver results across strategic and operational HR functions.

Strong understanding of Fair Work, National Employment Standards, and award interpretation.
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Quick learner who adapts easily to new programs and processes.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Employment Relations.
