As our People & Culture Leader, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our end-to-end employee experience and drive capability development across the business.
To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to identify their resourcing needs and ensure these are met through the range of professional HR processes and practices in place, along with the provision of training and development initiatives to our growing team.

This role focuses on capability development, continuous learning, training, and coaching of team members to support the achievement of our growth goals and vision.
The primary accountabilities of the People & Culture Leader are:
Oversee and drive the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Coordinate all aspects of employee engagement, including the annual employee engagement survey and resulting initiatives.
Work with the leadership team to identify the capability development needs of the business.
Design, develop, and deliver training and development solutions.
Support managers in the documentation of personal development plans for all team members.
Coordinate and support the CPD and licensing requirements of our team of strata managers.
Coordinate and guide the annual performance management and review cycle.
Monitor our remuneration and benefit offerings and highlight when they need to be reviewed to maintain their competitiveness and compliance with statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 5 years of operational HR and/or L&D experience with a proven track record in the design and delivery of management development and capability development programs.
A sound understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to monitor and recommend changes to the leadership team when required.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent administration and organization skills.
