Day to day responsibilities of the successful Senior Strata Manager will include:
Managing a portfolio of between 15-30 schemes , complex and BMC Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries Providing a superior service and informed, professional advice to your clients Acting in a true relationship management capacity to ensure A grade service at all times and ensuring that you maintain our clients extremely high, impressive retention rate Chairing OC meetings with high caliber clientele Mentoring and working effectively with a dedicated assistant The successful Senior Strata Manager will have the following professional and personal attributes:
Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager Class 2 license in Strata Management Prior experience managing complex schemes and BMC's Highly skilled at interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements Superior verbal and written communication skills Enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients Take your Strata Management career to the next level with a pioneering company at the forefront of industry innovation.
