This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader/Senior Strata Manager to join a close-knit team in stunning offices across NSW

This office provides ample support and structure while managing a small, organized portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Liaise with the Owners Corporation as neededPrepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutesAttend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)Draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notices to complyAssist in managing junior staff members The Candidate: Previous experience in Strata ManagementExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to multitaskProficient in computer skillsA great fit for a vibrant and positive teamBMC experience essentialThis position is ideal for someone knowledgeable in strata management who excels at executing tasks.
