This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader/Senior Strata Manager to join a close-knit team in stunning offices across NSW

This office provides ample support and structure while managing a small, organized portfolio.
In this role, you will: Liaise with the Owners Corporation as needed Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes Attend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM) Draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notices to comply Assist in managing junior staff members The Candidate: Previous experience in Strata Management Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask Proficient in computer skills A great fit for a vibrant and positive team BMC experience essential This position is ideal for someone knowledgeable in strata management who excels at executing tasks.
