Senior Owners Corporation Manager | Sydney CBD
Working locally in Sydney CBD office with our team of 20+ staff in the high-end suburbs of Sydney on medium to large high-end strata properties, with career progression provided, this is a great opportunity to get into a winning strata firm.
With a team of friendly staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work for, you will be trained and guided by the best, and never alone at work. Admin support, company events, training, and 12-month salary reviews are standard here.
Hours & Details:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, No weekends, working from home options also 2-3 days/week on top. Using PIQ Strata Software system with full training if you haven't used this strata software prior.
JOB DUTIES: Management of a medium to high density portfolio of 20+ strata properties in Sydney CBD & surrounds (800+ lots)Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies, escalated issues (with strata admin & accounts support)Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu or extra additional payment for after-hours meetings and activitiesReporting into senior management with key indicators at typically weekly intervals, with a large amount of autonomy in your positionWHATS ON OFFER: 1st Year Salary of $100,000 - $150,000 base + additionals (dependant on experience) with 150-200K on target earningsCar parking locally on siteTools of the trade, laptop, phone etc are providedRegular salary reviews and career progressionTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 3-10 years experience in medium to high density strata management in Sydney is ideal.Must live within 1.5 hours drive of the office, to attend the office weekly as per WFH guidelines.Must have strata registration and relevant certificates to operate as a strata/owners corporation managerStrong English speaking skillsApply now via this ad or contact:
