Loss Adjuster, DigitalAbout the role Perform Digital Adjusting of claims, leveraging digital & field technologiesDetermine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigation and whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the insurance policyProactive communication with the client and customer about initial findings and potential solutions.Calculate the cost of repair and/or replacement (reserve)Review scope of work and schedules of loss to ensure applicabilityDeliver an exceptional claims experience by working collaboratively and constructively with support colleaguesAbout you Previous experience in a corporate support role, ideally within insurancePassionate about customer service and helping othersAbility to learn quickly and an appetite to understand how to utilise new technologyA commitment to complete a professional qualification relevant to the industry and recognised by ANZIIFCaring Counts It's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our five core values: Caring, Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration and Growth.
