Loss Adjuster, Digital About the role Perform Digital Adjusting of claims, leveraging digital & field technologies Determine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigation and whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the insurance policy Proactive communication with the client and customer about initial findings and potential solutions. Calculate the cost of repair and/or replacement (reserve) Review scope of work and schedules of loss to ensure applicability Deliver an exceptional claims experience by working collaboratively and constructively with support colleagues About you Previous experience in a corporate support role, ideally within insurance Passionate about customer service and helping others Ability to learn quickly and an appetite to understand how to utilise new technology A commitment to complete a professional qualification relevant to the industry and recognised by ANZIIF Caring Counts It's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our five core values: Caring, Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration and Growth.
