With substantial plans in place for sustained growth, they are now looking for a channel/partner specialist to focus on national development in this freshly created role.
THE ROLE
This role will see you based in Melbourne and focus on enhancing head office relationships with our channel partners.
You will develop strategies to improve sales and revenue with a focus on mutual benefit.
You will also be given the freedom to identify and engage new channel partners.
The major objective is to develop the portfolio and grow the accounts.
You will work closely with local/state-based account managers to ensure all opportunities are maximised whilst providing ongoing analysis and improvement of partner performance.
ABOUT YOU
You must be able to show strategic channel management and development to apply for this role.
This needs to be coupled with a proven record in selling technology products through partners.
If you have exposure or experience selling electronic security products that will be an advantage but not essential.
You also must be very results focused and pro-active whilst being a creative thinker who adapts well to priorities and looks for improvement.
Above all you must be looking for a challenge and making a big positive difference in this important role combined with motivation for career development in the mid to long term.
ON OFFER
As you would expect full training will be provided on all of our solutions and you will be given a thorough handover of accounts, being introduced to key stakeholders in all partner accounts.
You will also be given excellent and ongoing technical support to ensure you are successful in the role.
There is a strong base salary and car allowance component to the salary package.
In addition, you will be given performance bonuses that include accelerators for overachievement of objectives.
NOTE: This role is available now but given the timing we will commence screening from the 6th of January.
