Our Sydney office is on the hunt for a proactive and highly organised Junior Office Support to help ensure the smooth operation of our Surry Hills office on a Part-time basis, three days a week. ROLE PURPOSEIn this role, you will handle a range of administrative and office management tasks, supporting day-to-day office functions and assisting various teams as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DOOffice Management & Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked. Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies.Administrative Support: Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and scheduling for team members.Office Elements Management: Oversee office assets, supplies, and resources, ensuring they are accessible and well-organized.Marketing & Admin Assistance: Support marketing initiatives by preparing and managing influencer samples, and handling general administrative tasks.Copy & Admin Tasks: Provide assistance with copy tasks, data entry, and other administrative needs across various departments.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyStrong communication skills, and a proactive,can-do attitudeYou should be able to efficiently use MS office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)You're committed, dedicated, trustworthy, and have great work ethicsYou're a ball of energy and ready to bring sunshine to the teamSchedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (specific days to be discussed) LIFE@ZURUAt ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
