Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Ensure prompt and accurate service, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Lounge Service: Provide service in the lounge area, including preparing and serving beverages and light snacks as well as the iconic Ritz-Carlton High Tea offerings.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the lounge area is clean and well-stocked.
Assist with setting up and breaking down events or meetings in the lounge area.
Stock & Quality Management: Monitor inventory levels for various food and beverage areas and assist with ordering and restocking supplies.
Manage and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Polish cutlery and required departmental items to ensure highest level of quality cleanliness Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, housekeeping and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
