Role and Responsibilities Content Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and manage the brand content calendar and campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Ecommerce.Creative Leadership: Bring impactful ideas to life across various channels, inspiring and guiding the creative team to deliver new and engaging ideas.
Managing three direct reports.Brand Consistency: Be the brand custodian, adhering to the brand strategy and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.Data: Understand and analyse data in tandem with our media buying item, identifying key strategic audience and business insights to drive future iterations.Workflow & Project Management: Serve as the first point of contact for briefs entering the Creative Team.
Oversee workflow from briefing to execution, post-production, and launch, managing timelines and deliverables while liaising with stakeholders across ecommerce, CRM, content, and product.Creative Execution: Lead the end-to-end creative process for digital assets, packaging, and traditional marketing formats, from concept to completion.Performance Marketing Creative Direction: Writing insight-driven briefs scripts for performance marketing assets that engage and convert, including briefing, storyboarding, and scripting with the team.Performance Marketing Production: Manage the production plan of performance marketing assets and resource pipeline within internal and external teams to increase asset velocity.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across content, ecommerce, product development, and sales to ensure alignment and a unified brand message.Trend Tracking & Innovation: Monitor industry trends to maintain Koh's leadership in the market and continuously innovate creative solutions.About You Experience & Education: Proven experience in a senior creative role.Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, advertising, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in marketing or design, with 2+ years in a leadership role.Prior experience creating high performing ads on performance marketing channels like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok for DTC brands.Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and inspiring creative talent.Highly collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented.Driving customer acquisition and retention.Brand strategy, campaign development, and management.Adaptability & Efficiency: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines with resilience and determination.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills, reliable and efficient with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
