Why we need you? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting our sales team in acquiring potential customers.
You'll proactively seek new business opportunities, qualify leads, and help build a pipeline for the Sales team.
You'll work closely with the product team on marketing-related initiatives, contributing to targeted campaigns and ensuring alignment between product features and client needs.
This role offers a great opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Manage campaigns and upselling, building a robust pipeline of potential clients across Australia and New Zealand.Research and target key decision-makers in healthcare organisations, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.Collaborate with the Sales team to create effective sales strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.Work closely with the product team to align sales efforts with product marketing initiatives.Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM, providing regular updates on progress and pipeline health.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product features to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.What you'll bring: 1-2 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and email.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and align them with our solutions.Experience using CRM systems (e.g.
