Australian Outdoor Living is seeking a motivated professional to join our growing Artificial Lawn division within our Melbourne based office to lead our installation team and manage the installation of our premium artificial lawn products.Domestic artificial lawn is a fast growing industry with huge potential and we are at the forefront of this industry across the nation.
The role of Installation Manager is a key position within the production division and will have the following Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the installation of all artificial lawn projectsDrive, motivate and lead our professional installation teams to achieve the level of service that our customers expectAchieve the profitability objectives of the companyControl costs, stock usage and profitability of the lawn divisionConduct pre-inspections on all new ordersManage stock control - incoming and outgoingOur Ideal Applicant will have: Strong leadership skills and experience working with and meeting budgetsExperience managing teams of trades people/ installersExperience in the artificial lawn/ landscaping industry (desirable)Strong time management, project planning and knowledge of dispute resolution processesA good geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding areasStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with our diverse team and clientsA high attention to detail and the drive to deliver first class customer serviceA current driver's license and the ability to drive a manual vehicleWhat We Will Offer You: Competitive remuneration packageCompany maintained vehicleBonus structureStable and rewarding roleCareer progression and growth within the companyComprehensive training on products and in-house systemsA friendly, high-performing team environmentWe are a successful family owned business operating across 7 branches nationally, providing a range of inspirational home improvement products to the residential market.
