We are looking for an Assistant Director who has a minimum of three years' experience working within this role in an Early Childhood Education and Care service.

Be part of a multidisciplinary approach to support both children and families.
Have a demonstrated ability to lead and guide teaching teams.
Develop relationships with families and the local community that build and support collaborative partnerships.
Ensure the service is compliant with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and other relevant legislation.
Demonstrate integrity, proficiency, and awareness through supporting daily rituals and the use of authentic resources.
Oversee team development, performance evaluations, staff scheduling, all elements of the service enrolment process, and other daily operations to maintain a successful business.
Qualifications and Requirements: Hold a minimum of Diploma of ECEC or higherHold a current Blue CardHold current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)Demonstrated ability to use CCMS Xap software #J-18808-Ljbffr
