We are looking for an Assistant Director who has a minimum of three years' experience working within this role in an Early Childhood Education and Care service.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary approach to support both children and families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and guiding teaching teams.Developing relationships with families and the local community to build and support collaborative partnerships.Ensuring the service is compliant with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and other relevant legislation.Demonstrating integrity, proficiency, and awareness through supporting daily rituals and the use of authentic resources.Overseeing team development, performance evaluations, staff scheduling, and all elements of the service enrolment process to maintain a successful business.Qualifications and Requirements: Hold a minimum of Diploma of ECEC or higher.Hold a current Blue Card.Hold current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific).Demonstrated ability to use CCMS Xap software.Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an Assistant Director?Which of the following First Aid accreditations do you currently hold? #J-18808-Ljbffr
