About the role Are you an experienced Senior Property Management professional looking to take on a leadership role?
Gallery Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Property Management division and drive its ongoing success.
As the General Manager of Property Management, you'll oversee a dedicated team managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
Your expertise in property management will be essential to maintaining high service standards, ensuring compliance, and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and empower a property management team, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.Handle escalated issues and offer effective solutions to complex property management challenges.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, staying up to date with market trends and legislations.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and elevate client satisfaction.Work collaboratively with members of the leadership team.Experience & Knowledge To thrive in this role, you'll need:
6 years or more in a Senior Leadership or General Manager role within the Property Management Industry.Experience with Co-Living style Property Management as well as Traditional Residential.Experience using the PropertyMe system.Proven leadership and team management experience.Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.A proactive, client-focused approach with a strong track record of delivering results.How to Apply: If you have the necessary experience and skills to excel in this position, we encourage you to apply.
