We're Hiring: Team Lead – Technical Customer Support, St Leonards, NSW
Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service?
Join Stryker as a Team Lead for our Technical Customer Support team, where you'll lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
Lead, develop, and support the Customer Support team, driving alignment with service metrics.
Oversee daily operations, including rostering, task coverage, and service delivery.
Build team capability and ensure a positive, engaging work environment through hands-on leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and service outcomes.
Be a key point of contact for post-sales support, service inquiries, and demo requests.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of leadership experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Med Tech, Pharma, or similar industries.
A strong passion for team development and delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools such as JDE, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

What you'll be responsible for
Customer Support Team Training
Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help customer support teams achieve their goals and objectives

Customer Support Technology Management
Identify and implement technology to optimize processes and collaboration for customer-facing teams to deliver high-levels of support
Technical Incident Resolution
Analyze and resolve technical and functional product issues for internal and external customers
