An opportunity has arisen for a National Sales Manager to join the Peugeot Team.
Reporting to the General Manager Peugeot this role will be responsible for leading our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence nationwide together with developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with our customers.
The successful candidate's leadership will ne crucial in motivating and coaching our sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will have: Experience in sales management, preferably in a national or regional capacity Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth The ability to travel as required Experience of negotiating and managing key relationships Automotive experience in distribution/retail – desirable An understanding of product cycles, models and specification and pricing matrixes - desirable Inclusion & Diversity At Inchcape, we believe the true power of diversity cannot be realised without an inclusive culture and that talent is equally distributed across society.
