The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this bustling venue.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader who delivers exceptional customer experiences while managing a busy team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
You will commence this role on a base of $85K plus super and transition to a base of $100K plus super within one month
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver top-tier service and hospitality.Oversee venue operations including food and beverage service, staffing, and building your core team by coaching and mentoring.Manage daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently.Coordinate live music events, liaising with artists, and ensuring the best possible experience for guests.Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage supplier relationships.Foster a vibrant, inclusive environment that reflects the community spirit of Fremantle.Handle customer feedback, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues professionally.Develop and implement promotions and events to drive customer engagement.About You:
Previous experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.A love for live music, late nights, and amazing food whilst creating memorable, energetic experiences.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a busy venue.Ability to lead by example, inspire a team, and foster a positive work culture.A good understanding of financials, including budgeting and cost control.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.Why Join Us?
