About the roleLimestone Coast Brewing, a multi award winning brewery with a growing hospitality division, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of one of our flagship locations in Metro Perth, WA.
This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the seamless running of our restaurant and bar, while driving exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing Managing all aspects of the venue's day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and complianceDeveloping and implementing strategies to enhance the venue's profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand reputationFostering a positive, customer-focused work culture and providing leadership and coaching to the venue teamMonitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvementEnsuring the venue meets all relevant health, safety, and licensing requirementsCollaborating with the marketing team to drive promotions, events, and other initiatives to attract and retain customersWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar venue management role within the hospitality industryDemonstrated track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfactionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvementFamiliarity with liquor licensing regulations and other relevant industry standardsPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiencesWhat we offerAt Limestone Coast Brewing, we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
