We are looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to come and take their next step at our client's one of a kind venue. Come work in this fun and fast paced food and beverage establishment… with a twistAlongside creative cocktails and delicious food, this venue offers a variety of entertainment and activities This is a rare and exciting opportunity that does not come around too oftenAbout the Role:Assist the Venue Manager with day to day operations, driving success through sales growth and managing KPIs.Lead and coach a large team of up to 15 direct reports to deliver a one of a kind guest experience.Maintain and ensure compliance in areas such as food safety, product quality and training.Ability to work in a team environment to complete tasks to a high standard.Drive positive team culture and engagement.About You:Experience in hospitality leadership in a food or beverage venue is a must.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.A desire to drive high customer satisfaction and ability to bring the fun to workPositive attitude with a solution focused mindset.Clear understanding of business metrics and KPIs within a hospitality environment.About the Offer:Attractive Salary and bonus package - $75k - $80k plus super and KPI bonus incentives.Work for an award winning company known for positive team culture and a big desire for internal growth.Lots of company support with an experienced senior management team.Flexible roster with work-life balance in mind Guaranteed weekend a month plus another weekend day rostered off.Apply now to this exciting opportunity as it is sure to be filled quickly Please apply via the link and we will be in touch
