About the role: Own and be responsible for a diverse portfolio of customer operations, consisting of the Billing, Collections, Hardship, Payment & Refund functions across our Residential, Business (SME, C&I & Major), Authorised Dealer and Metered LPG customer base. The role is also responsible for Mandatory Communications and Fulfilment functions, including their associated relationships, on behalf of the LPG business.

Manage a team of onshore and offshore peopleBe accountable to deliver on strategic objectives and operational targets of the portfolioEnsure bills are accurate and generated in a timely manner and collection of the billed revenue is within credit terms and bad debts are minimised.Provide monthly insight into portfolio performance which enables better governance, control, and reduces credit riskWhat will you bring? Previous experience in a large organisation or similar industry within complex billing is essentialExcellent interpersonal skills to optimise team relationships as well as those of key stakeholders.High quality written and verbal communication skillsProactive approach to continuous improvement with a view to improve performance and drive down costSo, why join us?
