How you will make contributions that matter We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Business Manager to partner with our largest retail customers.
Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the Specialty Cheese portfolio.
Key elements of your role will include: Owning the development and execution of ongoing strategic category development joint business plans with our retail customersFull P&L ownership of the Specialty cheese category and the strategies to deliver budget targetsManaging the relationship with the Category Manager and their support teamInterpreting market data and presenting valuable insights relevant to market, account and category to both internal and external stakeholdersOwning, developing and continually maintaining forecast planning accuracyManaging the demand collaboration process with our retail customers' demand and supply teamsWorking closely with our internal sales administration team for administration supportAbout you As a highly commercial and experienced National Business Manager, you will be looking for your next opportunity to drive a complex and dynamic portfolio and possess the following:
A strong track record as a National Business Manager partnering with Coles, Woolworths or IndependentsA passion for FMCG with proven experience developing, selling in, closing and executing growth strategiesStrong relationship building and stakeholder management skills with solid negotiation skillsA driver mindset paired with the desire to pursue initiatives/opportunitiesAstute commercial acumen with an ability to demonstrate creative thinkingCompletion of GAP or equivalent negotiation course highly desirableWe'll support you with: The opportunity to progress your career and to continue to make contributions that matterA fantastic team cultureFlexible working options where operationally achievableLearning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own wayAbility to participate in our Employee Share Ownership ProgramClick on "Apply for this job" to submit your application.
