$130k - $180k p.a. + lucrative commission opportunitiesAs a National BDM/Sales Director, you will develop relationships with qualified customers within the construction or civil engineering space.As well as defining sales plans and strategy within your remit, you will perform all prospecting, sales, and solutions activities to increase sales/profitability. Please note that experience across recruitment/employment services is essential and preferably networked in the construction or civil engineering space.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of individual sales pipelineMaintain and nurture existing client relationshipsSponsor of allocated "high" growth National AccountManage relevant national accounts and allocate work to suitable consultants for fillSales and service activity with prospective and existing clientsSetting and monitoring individual productivity and Sales targetsUtilisation of appropriate business tools and systemsAchieve an increase in the Sales revenue from current clientsDevelop dynamic and creative sales strategies to drive revenue and growthProfileYou will actively work to grow the business at every opportunity and continuously look to grow the business across all the Adecco lines.
